Sunil Chowdhary
Sunil is a seasoned strategist and enterprise technology leader, recognised for advancing SaaS, AI, and compliance capabilities across ANZ and APAC. With over three decades of experience leading technology organisations including Telstra and Oracle, he has consistently led the development of high performing revenue organisations, cultivated strategic partner ecosystems, and provided trusted counsel to C-suite executives on complex, large-scale digital transformation programs. As a tech evangelist, he brings a rare ability to align the rigour of enterprise strategy with the agility of RegTech innovation, enabling organisations to navigate regulatory complexity and sustained technological change with confidence. At Nextgen AML, Sunil is leveraging his extensive enterprise expertise to advance a next-generation AML compliance platform. His vision is focused on reshaping traditional compliance frameworks through intelligent, streamlined, and AI-driven solutions designed to meet the evolving regulatory and operational needs of Australian businesses.

Sandeep Singh
Sandeep is a senior technology and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity, cloud, data, AI, and compliance solutions across Australia. He has led technology initiatives for some of the nation’s largest organisations including Viva Energy, NAB, Bupa, Crown Resorts, and Transurban, bringing deep expertise in security architecture, cloud platforms, identity management, data engineering, AI/ML, and regulated technology environments. Sandeep is responsible for driving the platform architecture, security posture, and technology roadmap for NextGen AML. His engineering approach ensures the platform is highly scalable and aligned with the changing AUSTRAC requirements while delivering clear customer outcomes: faster onboarding, reduced manual effort, lower operational risk, and simpler compliance for Australian businesses. Through his leadership, Nextgen AML translates complex regulatory obligations into intuitive, automated technology that compliance teams can trust and operate with confidence.

Madhurima Guha
Rima is a business and operations leader with over 30 years of experience driving operational excellence and scalable growth across banking, financial services, compliance, and technology. Her expertise spans risk and compliance operations, customer success, service delivery, and regulatory workflows. She has also served as faculty in the Department of Management at Monash University, contributing to post-graduate leadership development and management education.
At Nextgen AML, Rima leads end-to-end operations, customer success, and service delivery. She is focused on redefining AML compliance for Australian businesses by building operational frameworks that make compliance simpler, faster, and more reliable as they navigate the evolving AUSTRAC obligations. Her work ensures that the platform, people, and processes are aligned to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for compliance teams. Rima’s vision is grounded in a customer-first mindset and operational rigour, driving a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and excellence.
